The paraprofessionals at Osler include law clerks, at all levels, in various practice areas in addition to project clerks, corporate search clerks, title search clerks and court clerks.

Corporate

The corporate clerks in each of our offices work as a team and are the largest group of paraprofessionals at the firm.

Litigation

Our next largest group supports the litigation practice with clerks in our Toronto, Montréal and Calgary offices.

Real Estate and Financial Services

Our real estate and financial services clerks are cross appointed to assist with both practice areas.

Tax

The tax department currently includes one paraprofessional. 

Securities

Although we do not have securities clerks in each office, this group provides support to all our offices.

Intellectual Property

We have Intellectual Property clerks working with our IP practice in Montréal and Ottawa.
