Osler has a Paraprofessional Committee, which has overall responsibility for paraprofessionals at the firm. The Committee is chaired by a partner and includes the Manager, Paraprofessional Program.

The paraprofessionals at Osler include law clerks, at all levels, in various practice areas in addition to corporate search clerks, title search clerks and court clerks.
