Osler partner Sonia Bjorkquist spoke at the "Class Action Seminar: Recent Developments in Quebec, in Canada and in the United States” held at the Barreau du Québec in Montréal on March 16, 2012.
She and Osler associate Mary Paterson co-authored a paper with Mike Eizenga entitled: “Multi-Jurisdictional Class Actions: Will the New CBA and ABA Protocols Solve All our Problems”.
