At our Toronto office on November 20, 2012, lawyers from the Tax Group will present a seminar highlighting the proposed amendments to the Income Tax Act (see Osler Commentary on the October 24 Technical Bill).

The seminar, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at our Toronto offices, is followed by a luncheon where Al Meghji, Partner, Taxation, will provide commentary on the recent decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in GlaxoSmithKline, the landmark transfer pricing case that he successfully argued on behalf of the taxpayer.
