Osler ranked #1 among Canadian firms in Thomson Reuters’ 2012 year-end M&A league tables
We are pleased to announce that Osler has again been ranked as the #1 Canadian firm for completed M&A deals by Thomson Reuters in its latest league table offering, for the year ending December 31st, 2012. The firm also earned a #2 ranking, again this year, in the category of announced M&A deals for the year.
Osler also received top-tier rankings in the year-end M&A league tables from Bloomberg, with a #3 ranking by value and a #4 ranking by deal count.

#7 – Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) Announced Deals ($26.2 billion, 9 deals)
- Additional rankings were earned in the French- and Australia/New Zealand-involvement categories.

#3 – Canadian Deals Announced, by value ($41.7 billion)
#4 – Canadian Deals Announced, by deal count (77 deals)
#9 – China Deals Announced, by value ($17.43 billion)
