Biography

As a member of Osler’s Knowledge Management team, Lesha facilitates Osler’s efficient, effective and timely delivery of cutting-edge legal advice to clients by ensuring that the Pensions & Benefits and Labour & Employment Departments’ legal, intellectual and practical expertise is captured and readily accessible by all legal professionals. Lesha’s responsibilities include: managing the departments’ business development activities; monitoring legal and industry developments and providing the relevant information and resources to the departments, the firm and the firm’s clients; developing and enhancing department precedents and research related resources; and training and mentoring department members. Lesha also participates in firm-wide knowledge management initiatives, including leading a team in the development of a new precedent system for the firm. Before joining Osler’s Knowledge Management team, Lesha practised in Osler’s Pensions & Benefits Department for a number of years, providing advice on a wide range of issues.

Notable Matters

  • Developed and launched “Pensions & Benefits Law” – Osler blog on pensions and benefits issues.
  • Participated in advisory groups which directed the firm on a new intranet design and other technological upgrades.
