Biography

As a member of Osler’s Knowledge Management team, Lesha facilitates Osler’s efficient, effective and timely delivery of cutting-edge legal advice to clients by ensuring that the Pensions & Benefits and Labour & Employment Departments’ legal, intellectual and practical expertise is captured and readily accessible by all legal professionals. Lesha’s responsibilities include: developing and enhancing department precedents, training and mentoring department members, organizing research related resources, monitoring legal and industry developments, and providing the relevant information and resources to the departments, the firm and the firm’s clients. Lesha also participates in firm-wide knowledge management initiatives. Before joining Osler’s Knowledge Management team, Lesha practised in Osler’s Pensions & Benefits Department for a number of years, providing advice on a wide range of issues.

  • Developed and launched “Pensions & Benefits Law” – Osler blog on pensions and benefits issues.
  • Participated in advisory groups which directed the firm on a new intranet design and other technological upgrades.
