Biography

Stephanie advises on legal and regulatory issues affecting all aspects of provincially and federally regulated pension plans and other employee benefit plans. Stephanie deals extensively with issues such as: plan governance, fiduciary responsibilities, plan administration and compliance, pension fund investments, plan wind ups, surplus utilization strategies and the negotiation and drafting of plan and trust documents. Stephanie also deals extensively with pension and benefit issues arising in corporate transactions such as corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
