Mary’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and matters involving investment funds. She acts as counsel to both issuers and underwriters on a wide variety of transactional and non-transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border public offerings, acquisitions of private companies and compliance with securities legislation and other regulatory requirements, including corporate governance matters. Mary also participates in a number of practice and management initiatives at Osler, including serving as national chair of the firm’s Student Committee.
