Nathalie is a partner in our Montreal office and a member of Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. With over 30 years of experience, she has developed recognized expertise in technology, life sciences and green tech. Nathalie'’s clients benefit not only from her in-depth knowledge of these various sectors but also of the major players and stakeholders. Nathalie’s expertise has been largely recognized by the industry. She has been favourably ranked over the years in biotechnology and information technology law by renowned publications such as Lexpert. Best Lawyers In Canada has named her “Lawyer of the year” for Information Technology Law in its 2022 edition.

Nathalie’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border venture capital financing, merger and acquisition, fund formation, government contracts, joint ventures, licensing and collaboration agreements. She also serves as de facto counsel to privately held companies in the technology sector, providing legal advice on various matters such as raising capital and financing, negotiating commercial agreements, employment law and IP. Nathalie also advises prominent international companies, on many aspects of their operations.
