Osler is pleased to announce that partner Craig Lockwood has been named to the Securities Proceedings Advisory Committee (SPAC), which is an advisory committee to the Ontario Securities Commission’s (OSC) Office of the Secretary.
The OSC advised by way of press release that the SPAC “provides comment and advice on a variety of policy and procedural initiatives relating to proceedings before the OSC’s administrative tribunal.” SPAC members consist of securities litigation experts and serve three-year terms.
Craig, a partner in Osler’s Litigation Group, has extensive experience in class proceedings, product liability matters, securities regulation, commercial banking litigation and commercial disputes.
