Stella’s practice involves all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, joint ventures, property management and leasing of office, retail and industrial space. She has developed particular expertise in portfolio acquisitions for real estate investment trusts (REITs), publicly-traded real estate companies and other institutional investors.

Stella also advises on the real property aspects of insolvency and security enforcement transactions, as well as on real property matters as part of corporate acquisitions, reorganizations and insolvency restructurings.
