Dov specializes in the areas of the taxation of employee and executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, and the taxation of emerging companies and high-technology transactions. He also advises multinational clients investing in and carrying on business in Canada. Dov is a frequent lecturer on matters relating to executive compensation, stock options and related phantom and stock-based incentive plans. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He received his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1992, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1994.
