Colin’s practice involves all aspects of labour relations and employment law, including employment standards, labour arbitrations, labour board proceedings, executive employment arrangements, corporate transactions, restructurings, human rights and accommodation in the workplace, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, wrongful dismissals, and pay equity. During his time with the firm, Colin has completed secondments to General Motors Canada Limited and the Canadian Bankers Association, where he worked on an array of labour and employment matters.
