Biography
Kashif is a partner in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. Kashif regularly acts for a number of the major Canadian banks, major non-Canadian financial institutions, investment banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of matters in relation to M&A transactions, corporate finance transactions (including issuance of regulatory capital instruments), commercial banking arrangements (including co-branding arrangements) and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Osler in 2005, Kashif practised in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
