Greg provides advice to clients on a wide variety of corporate tax matters. Areas of specialty include, corporate finance transactions including cross-border lending and securitization matters, taxation of partnerships, financial restructuring and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Greg has acted for clients in the financial services, equity funds, technology, manufacturing and mining sectors among others.
