On October 5, 2025, Robex Resources announced that it entered an agreement with Predictive Discovery Limited to combine in a merger of equals. In this agreement, Predictive Discovery Limited will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Robex. The implied market capitalization of the combined company is approximately $2.35 billion on a fully diluted in-the-money basis.
Furthermore, the merger is expected to enhance operational efficiencies and position the new company as a prominent player in the West African gold mining sector.
Robex Resources is a Canadian-based gold production and development company and operates the Nampala Gold Mine in Mali.
Predictive Discovery Limited is an Australian-based gold exploration company focused on discovering gold deposits in West Africa.
