Charlotte is an associate in the Financial Services Group of our Toronto office. Her practice is focused on a wide range of lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral transactions, secured and unsecured lending, senior and subordinated lending, asset-based lending, acquisition financing and cross-border financing.
Prior to joining Osler, Charlotte practiced in the Banking & Financial Services Group at a large national firm.
