Bavia has worked at major national firms in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary with a practice that encompasses all areas of commercial real estate including acquisition and disposition transactions, commercial leasing, development, financing, co-ownership and joint ventures. She acts for pension funds and their advisers, REITs and private investors on a wide range of significant transactions and major development projects.
