Kurtis Bond joins Osler’s National Tax Group as a partner

Osler is pleased to welcome Kurtis Bond to the firm’s National Tax group as a partner based in Calgary.

Kurtis has 20 years of experience practicing as a tax lawyer. His in-house experience as a senior tax executive at a multinational energy company, participation in industry organizations and private practice experience give him an invaluable client perspective on the interaction of tax, business and policy considerations.

Kurtis advises a diverse client base, ranging from public companies to high net-worth individuals, on a wide variety of tax matters. These include structured investments, various cross-border and commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, partnerships and joint ventures, as well as audits and dispute resolution matters.
