Maureen Killoran Q.C. is a formidable litigator, nationally recognized for her expertise in commercial disputes (arbitration and litigation), resources, major projects, and environmental, administrative, constitutional and aboriginal law. Maureen is lead litigation counsel to the Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion Project and has successfully navigated the Project through scores of diverse challenges with two nationally newsworthy victories in 2020 alone, including one at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Emily MacKinnon is recognized for her expertise in a wide range of areas including commercial, constitutional and administrative law. Emily was the Gold Medallist at UBC law and clerked for Chief Justice McLachlin of the Supreme Court of Canada. She is a skilled oral advocate and legal strategist who has argued at all courts in B.C. and Ontario as well as the SCC. Emily is a rising star and perfectly complements our Vancouver legal team.
