- Mid-Market Deal of the Year: Trans Mountain Corporation, Lower Nicola Indian Band, and EPCOR’s C$200 million sale of Kingsvale Transmission Line. Osler was the legal advisor for Trans Mountain.
- Infrastructure & Project Deal of the Year: Coastal GasLink Pipeline Limited Partnership’s C$7.15 billion refinancing — as a counsel to KKR and AIMCo.
- Insolvency & Restructuring Deal of the Year: Tacora Resources Inc.’s restructuring under CCAA. Osler was lead counsel for Millstreet and OSP.
