Deborah Glendinning and Maureen Killoran named to Benchmark’s ‘Top 25 Women in Litigation’ list

Osler congratulates partners Deborah Glendinning and Maureen Killoran Q.C. who have been identified by Benchmark Canada as two of the country’s “Top 25 Women in Litigation.”

Based in Toronto, Deborah is Chair of Osler’s National Litigation Practice Group and Co-Chair of the international subcommittee on class actions of the ABA. Over the past 16 years, her practice has focused almost exclusively on the defence of class actions and other large aggregate claims, particularly corporate, commercial and banking disputes, product liability and negligence claims. This is Deborah’s third year being named to Benchmark Canada’s list.

Maureen is the Managing Partner of Osler’s Calgary office and a trusted advisor to many major commercial clients. Along with her management role, Maureen maintains 100% of her litigation practice, which is devoted to complex commercial disputes with particular emphasis on the resource industry. She is a seasoned trial and appeal lawyer with experience in commercial arbitrations (domestic and international) and other forms of dispute resolution.
