Osler is pleased to welcome Lynne Lacoursière as a partner and Co-Chair of our Executive Compensation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on executive compensation, employee benefits and employment law issues in Canadian and U.S. public and private M&A transactions, initial public offerings and other business transactions. She advises public and private companies on the design, corporate governance considerations, implementation, and ongoing compliance of executive compensation arrangements and the negotiation of executive employment and separation agreements. Called to the bar in both Ontario and New York, Lynne is one of only a few lawyers in Canada with expertise in cross-border executive compensation arrangements.
