Osler is pleased to welcome Sébastien Savage to the firm’s Montréal office as a partner in our leading Real Estate Practice Group. Since 1998, through his time both in private practice and in-house, Sébastien has developed broad expertise in all aspects of real estate transactions, as well as M&A and infrastructure matters.
Sébastien has represented a number of corporations of all sizes in a broad range of domestic and international transactions, focusing on real estate deals, M&A, infrastructure, outsourcing and private equity investments. He has acted for a well-diversified client base, including pension investment managers, REITs, private investment firms, real estate developers and managers, global retailers, and media and content companies. In particular, Sébastien has an extensive experience in the hospitality industry having guided clients through the purchase, sale and development of multiple hotel and resort properties. He has also negotiated franchise and management agreements on behalf of hotel owners.
Sébastien was called to the Bar of Québec in 1998.
