As part of Osler’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion in its policies and in practice, the firm is proud to announce the establishment of the Osler Diversity Scholarship Program for eligible second-year law students. This program will provide up to two $2,500 scholarships each year to law students who, like Osler, seek to promote diversity and inclusion.
Osler recognizes that diversity must be actively supported through an array of internal and external initiatives and this scholarship program is one such example. Spearheaded by Osler’s Diversity Committee, the firm created this program to ensure that law students are recognized and celebrated for their diversity and inclusion efforts within their law school, their community or the legal profession.
Osler strives to provide an inclusive, collaborative and supportive professional environment that nurtures and values a collective force of unique talents and viewpoints. By embracing difference, Osler offers a better work environment and is also able to deliver better solutions to clients.
