The guide is produced in association with the International Tax Review and “provides rankings and profiles of the most effective transfer pricing firms from around the globe, covering more than 50 jurisdictions based on every continent.”
According to World TP 2019, Osler is “widely considered one of Canada’s best law firms for tax planning and transfer pricing services.” The publication highlighted Osler’s role as counsel on two of the most significant tax litigation cases ever in Canada: Cameco and Silver Wheaton Corp. World TP 2019 also lauded Osler for being “highly experienced in matters relating to the general anti-avoidance rule.” Rankings were determined based on extensive research and interviews involving thousands of clients and practitioners.
