Osler is proud to announce the addition of four new partners: Michael Budabin McQuown,  Robert Carson, Kaeleigh Kuzma and Anna Zalewski.

Robert, Kaeleigh and Anna have been named partners in our Toronto office. Robert’s practice focuses on a broad range of commercial and corporate litigation, with an emphasis on securities and corporate governance litigation and class action defence.

Kaeleigh’s practice involves analyzing the competitive implications of mergers, strategic alliances and joint ventures, preparing pre-merger filings under the Competition Act and providing advice on the conspiracy and other criminal and civil provisions of the Competition Act. She also advises on foreign investment matters under the Investment Canada Act.

Anna provides advice on all legal issues related to pensions and benefits, including pension fund investment and pension-related litigation. She has also worked closely with the firm’s Privacy Group on privacy-related matters in the pension context.

Michael is our new corporate partner in New York. His practice focuses primarily on private equity, technology and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients in general corporate matters and counsels U.S. non-profit entities on incorporation, governance and operation.

Congratulations to all of our new partners.
