With over 15 years of experience, Terry offers strategic advice to clients with business interests in Canada and brings a broad and thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory matters affecting financial institutions, dealers, advisers, investment fund managers and other market participants. Terry’s practice focuses on the regulation of securities, futures, derivatives and marketplace regulation, including trading compliance and Canadian SRO rules.
