Maureen is recognized for her expertise in energy & resource, commercial, and aboriginal litigation, appellate advocacy, and constitutional and administrative law. Maureen is a trusted advisor to numerous major commercial clients and has broad experience in energy/resource industry matters. Among many other significant matters, Maureen is lead litigation counsel on the $10B Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion Project. 

Maureen is routinely recognized by clients and peers as one of the best litigators in Canada and a trailblazer among women. She is the former Managing Partner of Osler Calgary (2011-2017) and the first woman in Alberta to lead a national law firm on a regional level.
