Mary is a partner in Osler’s Litigation Practice Group in Toronto and is cross-appointed to its Taxation Group. Mary’s commercial litigation and tax disputes practice focuses on representing clients in complex and business-critical matters to find pragmatic solutions.
Pooja is a partner in our Taxation Group in Toronto and specializes in advising on tax litigation and dispute resolution matters. She has appeared in significant cases at all levels of court and routinely represents clients in disputes before the Canadian tax authorities.
Robert is a partner in Osler’s Litigation Practice Group in Toronto, his practice focuses on corporate and securities litigation and class action defence. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions litigation, director and officer liability, shareholder disputes, valuation proceedings, oppression claims, Ontario Securities Commission proceedings, and insolvency and restructuring matters.
Alexandre is a partner in Osler’s Litigation Practice Group in Quebec. His broad litigation practice advises clients in a wide range of industries on regulatory and statutory compliance. Alexandre is experienced in corporate and commercial litigation, class actions, security class actions, employment and labour disputes, franchise litigation and regulatory, environmental and aboriginal law matters.
