Osler’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is ingrained in our policies and practice. We respect that each individual is unique, and we welcome and celebrate these individual differences. Embracing diversity makes us stronger as a firm, and it helps us deliver better solutions to our clients.
In alignment with this commitment, we are proud to release our Diversity at Osler: 2019 Year in Review. Our fourth annual report shines a spotlight on our active support of diversity and inclusion through the many initiatives, programs and events in which we are involved – either internally or in collaboration with our clients and the communities we serve.
We know that our work will never be done until equality and inclusion are a reality and not just a goal. We look forward to continuing to work with our clients and partners to develop new initiatives that positively affect our industry and community members and create meaningful change.
