Osler is proud to be a sponsor of the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival, which celebrates and recognizes contemporary Asian cinema and works from the Asian diaspora.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual festival was held online from November 12-19, 2020. This year, Osler sponsored the Osler Best Feature Film Award, which is awarded to the jury’s selection of the best feature-length film shown at the festival. Director Yoon Dan-bi’s first-time feature Moving On won the award.
May Cheng, a partner in Osler’s Intellectual Property Group, has led Osler’s support for the Toronto Reel Asian International Festival over the past three years.
