Osler is proud to announce that Julia Farr, Senior Manager of Osler Dash, has received the Rising Star award in connection with the College of Law Practice Management’s 2021 InnovAction Awards.
These awards celebrate innovation that is novel, disruptive, and which provides demonstrable value to the industry, providers, or clients. The InnovAction Rising Star award recognizes an individual who has exhibited high potential in an early stage of their career and who has not yet achieved a chief-level position.
Julia is the firm’s first-ever dedicated Product Manager. She manages Osler Dash, a market-leading automated platform for managing franchise disclosure and contracting. Julia oversees the client onboarding process, product strategy and sales processes, the product development roadmap and day-to-day operations of Osler Dash.
Julia has worked in various roles with both the firm’s Practice Management and Innovation teams. In addition to driving significant multi-year revenue through the sale and support of Osler Dash, Julia helped develop and implement the firm’s national alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and has worked with firm leadership on important process improvement initiatives and creating cutting edge products and services.
