Osler is pleased to announce that Kaeleigh Kuzma has joined the firm’s Calgary office. Kaeleigh, a partner in Osler’s highly regarded Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group, is returning to her Western Canadian roots and moving from the Toronto office to Calgary where she will continue her national competition and foreign investment practice. Kaeleigh has extensive experience in all aspects of competition law and foreign investment review, and has advised on many of Canada’s most high profile and complex transactions. She also provides guidance on the conspiracy and other criminal and civil provisions of the Competition Act – including matters relating to domestic and international investigations and prosecutions – undertakes and manages internal investigations, and assists clients in real-time to response to investigations by the Competition Bureau and other regulators. Kaeleigh represents clients across a broad range of industries, including energy and mining, manufacturing, entertainment, consumer products, transportation and real estate. Over the years, Kaeleigh has been recognized for her superior client service skills and expertise in Competition and Antitrust Law by several industry publications, including Chambers Canada, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers in Canada and The Legal 500.
