- Alexandre Fallon has a broad litigation practice advising clients in a wide range of industries on regulatory and statutory compliance. Alexandre has experience acting on corporate and commercial litigation, class actions, including securities class actions, employment and labour disputes, franchise litigation and in regulatory, environmental and aboriginal law matters.
- Adam Hirsh is focused on complex, high-stakes commercial and corporate litigation for significant Canadian and global companies. His broad ranging expertise encompasses class action defense, commercial arbitration, tax, competition, insolvency, and product liability matters. He regularly appears before the trial and appellate courts in Ontario and across Canada, as well as representing taxpayers in proceedings before the Tax Court.
- Lauren Tomasich has a commercial litigation practice focused on commercial arbitration, corporate and securities litigation and white-collar defence and enforcement proceedings. She has significant expertise with domestic and international trade arbitrations and is also experienced in expedited hearings before the Ontario Securities Commission, oppression claims and shareholder disputes.
