Maureen Killoran Q.C., is a partner in our Litigation group and operates in both our Vancouver and Calgary offices. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in commercial disputes in both arbitration and litigation, resources, major projects, and environmental, administrative, constitutional and aboriginal law. Maureen has been recognized in Benchmark’s Top 50 Women in Litigation for five consecutive years and is recognized by clients and peers as one of the best litigators in Canada and a trailblazer among women.

Stéphane Eljarrat is a partner in our Litigation group and leads our White-Collar Defence practice. Stéphane works closely with Osler’s market-leading Risk Management and Crisis Response team and represents corporate clients and institutions in a wide range of criminal investigations and proceedings. Stéphane is known for his market-leading expertise in white-collar defence built over decades of experience in both private practice and the public sector.
