Osler is pleased to announce the firm has been shortlisted in Euromoney’s 2021 edition of the Women in Business Law Awards.
Osler has been shortlisted for “Firm of the Year in Canada”. At the 2020 Euromoney Women in Business Law Awards, Osler was named “Firm of the Year in Canada” and is proud to take a leading role in supporting and promoting diversity within our firm, in the legal industry and in our communities.
Real Estate partner, Bavia Bisetty, has also been shortlisted for “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year”. Bavia has a national profile and practices in both our Vancouver and Calgary offices. Her practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate including acquisition and disposition transactions, commercial leasing, infrastructure and P3 projects, development, financing, co-ownership and joint ventures, as well as addressing environmental matters and risk allocation regarding contaminated sites. Bavia is the only lawyer from a Canadian firm to be shortlisted for “Real Estate Lawyer of the Year”.
