Congratulations to Osler partner Paul Litner on being named Pensions & Benefits Lawyer of the Year by Who’s Who Legal for the second year in a row. These awards recognize the top firms and practitioners across 35 practice areas and industries. In 2020, Who’s Who Legal also recognized Paul as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Pensions & Benefits.
Paul’s practice focuses on pensions, benefits and compensation plans and their related investment arrangements. He advises both private and public sector clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of pension and employee benefits plans, including governance, fiduciary responsibilities, pension fund investment and surplus strategies, and has advised on many large Canadian and international transactions.
