Osler is pleased to welcome Héléna Gagné as a partner in our National Tax Group working out of our Montréal office.
Héléna joins Osler with extensive experience in corporate tax planning, estate and personal tax planning and business succession. She has advised high net worth clients and single and multi-family offices on tax planning to provide for the accumulation and transfer of wealth. Héléna’s private client practice has also focused on wills, estate and trust law.
Héléna is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
