Osler is pleased to welcome Kim Maguire to our Tax Group in our Vancouver office.
Kim’s extensive experience includes providing tax advice for mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, and expertise in private equity, international tax and the taxation of cryptocurrency.
She is active in the Canadian international tax community and frequently presents at tax conferences and events. Kim currently serves on the executive of the Canadian branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and oversees the Women of IFA Network in Canada.
