Osler congratulates the Legault Group for winning “Deal of the Year: Strategic Acquisition” at the M&A Awards Gala 2022.
Osler advised the Legault Group, owner of Mondou, in its acquisition of Ren’s Pets and associated financing, the company’s first acquisition outside of Québec. Congratulations to our team, led by Mikulas Arendas and including François Paradis, Michael Budabin McQuown, Marisa Corona, Véronique Fortin-Latreille, Etienne Massicotte, Damian Rigolo, Tina Saban and Matthew Ritchie.
Presented by the M&A Club Canada, the awards recognize and celebrate Québec’s top dealmakers and senior professionals. Winners were announced at a ceremony in Montréal on May 18.
