- M&A – Alex Gorka has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice, joining current Co-Chair Jeremy Fraiberg.
- Private Equity – Brian Gray has been named Chair of the firm’s Private Equity practice.

Brian Gray is a leading private equity lawyer with broad experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments and recapitalization transactions. His private capital markets experience includes investment activities in venture capital, growth equity and buy-outs across a range of sectors.
