Osler is proud to announce that we have been ranked the top legal advisor in Canada by Infralogic in its global and regional rankings for the first half of 2022. Infralogic is an analytical platform that tracks investments and deals in the energy and infrastructure sectors worldwide.
The firm topped the lists of Canadian legal advisors by deal count and by total deal value for the period, comprising US$2.15 billion.
Osler advised on deals involving the Thunder Bay Correctional Complex P3, the Hamilton Health Sciences – West Lincoln P3, the expansion of the GO Transit Lakeshore West Corridor, the Hand Hills 145MW Wind Project, and the Jenner 1, 2 and 3 305MW and Stirling and Wheatland 243MW Wind Power Projects in Alberta, among other notable deals across the sectors.
