Kristian has extensive experience litigating data and technology issues, including privacy breaches and class action defence. He is also a leading class action defence lawyer with particular expertise in consumer protection, product liability, and financial services, in addition to handling complex commercial contract disputes, insurance matters, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes.
Kristian is a diverse trial and appellate litigator who regularly appears in the trial and appeal courts. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, and various professional bodies and administrative tribunals, including the Administrative Tribunal of Québec and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
