Osler is pleased to announce that Sander Duncanson is the new Co-Chair of the firm’s Regulatory, Environmental, Indigenous and Land practice. He joins Richard King as Co-Chair.
Sander specializes in environmental, regulatory and Indigenous law issues for natural resource developers. His expertise in resource and infrastructure development while navigating the regulatory, environmental, Indigenous and land law challenges that come with doing business in Canada have led him to be recognized by Chambers Canada as a leader in his field. He was also named Lawyer of the Year for Energy Regulatory Law for 2023 by Best Lawyers.
