Osler welcomes Raphaël Amram to the Corporate group as a partner.
Raphaël’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital and real estate. He acts for private equity and venture capital funds and institutional investors on their portfolio investments and divestitures, and for emerging and high-growth technology companies and established market players on their M&A and corporate finance transactions. He also acts for real estate developers in connection with fund formation and capital-raising efforts, strategic partnerships and development initiatives.
