Osler is pleased to announce that Rosalind Hunter has been appointed Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets practice, joining Desmond Lee in that role.
Rosalind is a partner in Osler’s Corporate group with extensive experience in capital markets transactions and private mergers and acquisitions. She acts for some of Canada’s largest public issuers and underwriters on IPOs and other public securities offerings, private placements and consent solicitations, including some of the most notable deals over the last 15 years.
