On November 1, 2021, Affinio announced its acquisition by NowVertical, a global big data software and services company, for US$7.3 million including US$6 million in cash and subordinate voting shares valued at US$1.3 million. The acquisition expands NowVertical’s position and provides the company’s platform with privacy-safe data analytics.
Affinio is a Halifax-based software firm focused on using machine learning to provide consumer data analytics.
