In August 2026, Authentic Brands Group, a global brand and entertainment platform, acquired a majority stake in the intellectual property of October’s Very Own (OVO), the premium lifestyle brand co-founded by Drake. As the driving force behind OVO, Drake will retain a significant ownership stake and continue shaping its creative vision alongside Authentic.
As part of the transaction, Vince Holding Corp. has acquired OVO’s operating business and will oversee the brand’s design, product development, merchandising and retail stores.
