On June 10, 2021, Dream Industrial REIT priced an $800 million private placement consisting of a $200 million re-opening of the 1.662% Series A Debentures, $200 million Floating Rate Series B Debentures and Green Bonds of $400 million 2.057% Series C Debentures. The Series C Debentures are the company’s inaugural Green Bond issuance under its new Green Financing Framework, which will use the proceeds to finance eligible green projects within the framework. A portion of the proceeds will be used to fund its transformative acquisition of logistic properties across Europe to enhance the company’s portfolio quality and establish a pan-European real estate platform.
